Beloved by Paul Nash and Ivon Hitchens, the Wittenham Clumps in Oxfordshire are now grazed upon by the Nubian goats of Norton and Yarrow Cheese. Their award-winning cheese is called Sinodun Hill, the ancient name for one of the hills. The view from there was quoted by Nash as " a beautiful, legendary country haunted by old gods long forgotten"
