Originally produced for his exhibition at the Serpentine, 'The Most Popular Art Exhibition Ever', this limited edition, 'House of Love Shrine' has become an iconic work for the connoisseur collector, or anyone really who is a fan of the quirky nature of Grayson Perry and his art. The work is conceived as a shrine to honour of the owner's loving partnership and relates to Perry's fascination with roadside shrines, which reappear in his work and began with a book on Lithuanian folk culture that featured images of Christian wooden shrines.
