Kathleen describes: Parallel lines cross over matrix of cuves. Alternate blues and yellows (mostly) lighten and dark; the darker yellows seem to make streams that curve towards the grey 'tree'. From trying to indicate sunshine in a blue sky.
A few years later Hyndman painted 'Sunshine of Sea' (1987) inspired by watching the glitter of sea at Kynance Cove. Hyndman frequently found her inspiration in nature.
